In all honesty, five stars isn't enough they deserve much more. Friends were moving into a new home just outside Keighley and as I'm in Scotland wanted to send some flowers. I also wanted to use local business and found Flowers By Astor and placed an order. The flowers were delivered this morning and WOW!!!! My friends are absolutely delighted with them and sent me photos right away. I have ordered flowers online before but have to say these are the best ever. The flowers look nice, but not many flowers for ??35, plus I paid /??5 extra for "gift wrapping".... seems a little steep for a sheet of coloured paper and a piece of ribbon - In my opinion that has always come as standard on a delivered bouquet, and I have never had to pay extra for that. I have still given 4 stars though, as I was just pleased that I could get flowers delivered in these difficult times..... :-)

Very easy process & delivered as expected. Our septagenarian neighbour Cath, offered to do our shopping as soon as we were advised to go into Lockdown. We knew lockdown was coming anyway, but as a cancer patient on Chemotherapy, my husband (74 & asthmatic) & I decided to do a big shop on the 16th March & immediately began shielding, A week later I received the official letter advising me to shield. I only leave the house & garden to attend medical appointments. Unable to get a priority delivery slot with any of the supermarket chains, we relied entirely on Cath for the first 2 months of shielding & wanted to say a massive Thank-you. She was thrilled with her flowers!

The well crafted arrangement of flowers in a vase that I ordered for my wife were delivered on-time and carefully handed over. My wife was delighted with them and so, therefore, was I. An excellent service from start to finish.The flowers I ordered were delivered on-time and clearly a lot of care was taken with the delivery as well as with the flower arranging. The vase and flowers were delivered with attention to detail, with just as much attention given to the the safety of the attractive vase the flowers came in. The flowers were for my wife and she was delighted with them, not just because they were a present but also because she said it was just such an attractive display, both flowers and vase.

They put extra flowers in the bouquet because the recipient wasn't going to be in at the delivery time, and the recipient had to pick them up themselves. Not the florist fault, but I had paid for delivery so wasn't expecting extra flowers. I was sent a photo and the flowers looked really nice. Well worth what I paid for it. Being forced to write a comment is very annoying, especially when you have nothing of any value to say about it. I was impressed with the Sunday morning delivery service, and my mother loved the different" arrangement style and selection of flowers - as well as the fact that they were delivered in a vase rather than plastic or a box."

Very good service. I had missed the deadline for same day delivery when I ordered, had a phone call to let me know the delivery would be the next morning. This was not a problem for me but was nice for the check to see that it would be ok. will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

The ordering process seemed really easy and worked well. I didn't get to see the flowers as they were delivered overseas but they were well received and delivered on time.

Quick & easy and did not have to setup an account. I hate having to do that especially for services I'm probably not going to use again/frequently - No offense D2F, I just don't buy flowers very often! I didn't see the flowers, but apparently they arrived promptly and the recipient liked them - ticked all the boxes, what more can I say!

The flowers delivered were beautiful and the service was outstanding the flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of me ordering!! I'd asked for a specific flower but the florist forfilling my order didn't have them in stock so someone from Direct2florist rang me and checked if a substitute flower would be acceptable! Fantastic service will be using them again!
